 is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from BPO Consultancy LLC. and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting [email protected]
  2. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  3. Bpo-consulting.com shall communicate your refund policy to the Cardholder and require the Cardholder to select a “click-to-accept” or other affirmative button to acknowledge the policy. The terms and conditions of the purchase shall be displayed on the same screen view as the checkout screen that presents the total purchase amount, or within the sequence of website pages the Cardholder accesses during the checkout process and should not be in a separate hyper link.
  4.  Shipping options, delivery timescales, and shipping fees (Not applicable for services)
